Remove cap and apply 0.5mL of both Clean and White to your toothbrush and use to brush your teeth, morning and night. Recap for continued use. Feel Dentist clean every day. Store in the bag in a cool place.

Connect the tray to the Blue LED teeth whitening light. Apply gel evenly to tray, do not overflow. Gently place the tray in your mouth and do not bite down. Push button on light to start 10 minute whitening treatment. Press button again after 10 minutes to extend treatment time to 20 minutes. Remove tray, spit out gel and rinse mouth.
